Rooms facing the street experience significant noise, making it tough for light sleepers!!! The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing to enhance guest comfort, especially during busy hours.

Palm sugar dinner show!

The lush gardens and stylish decor made me feel like royalty during my stay. Accessibility was excellent, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere, perfect for seniors like me.

More shaded seating areas by the pools would help.

The Park Hyatt Siem Reap offers a beautifully designed atmosphere, with stunning rooms that are both luxurious and welcoming. Our Deluxe King Room had a cozy nook perfect for family time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable.

Not much to dislike!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family, especially the traditional Apsara dance performance in the lovely courtyard. The chef arranged an unforgettable palm sugar tour, and the breakfast spread was simply fantastic, offering a delicious mix of local and international delights.

My kids wished there were more interactive activities for them during the stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The pools were just splendid, especially the infinity one where I could just zone out under the sun. Plus the breakfast buffet—man, that was a game changer! Fluffy pancakes that were like. heaven!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable considering the high level of service.

Our stay was nothing short of remarkable. The staff, especially Minh and Sam, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. Dinner at the on-site restaurant featured exquisite local flavors. Pro tip, keep the A/C running to avoid humidity issues in the Deluxe King Room.

The deluxe king room was spacious and well-appointed. Enjoyed the marble bathroom and cozy sitting area. A big highlight was the complimentary tuk-tuk ride around the city center. it made exploring so easy. I appreciated how they took care of small details, like providing an extra bed without any fuss. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering both local and international dishes. However, it could get a bit crowded during peak dining hours, which occasionally made finding a table challenging. The check-in process was smooth, with a welcome drink that added a nice touch. Overall, I would return for the exceptional service and unique experiences offered at the hotel.

Had an amazing time! The breakfast buffet had a lovely mix of local and international food, and I loved the exquisite fresh local rice noodles! The only downside was the minus in service when it came to the pool area being slightly chaotic with kids. I'd totally recommend staying here again for the vibrant food alone.
