    Really friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Food was very good and especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

    The only issue was that the rooms are equipped with wi-fi which is great for iPhone and ipad users but some of us still require a line connection for business. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to use a connection located elsewhere in the hotel. Not convenient, but it worked.

    The lush gardens and stylish decor. Accessibility was excellent, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere, perfect for seniors like me.

    More shaded seating areas by the pools would help.

    This is the best hotel in seam reap, and much better then you'd expect overall for a hotel in Cambodia. Luxury, Comfort and style combined with fabulous service and decor!!! Loved every minute staying here. Location was also the best in the middle of town, though it's hot, humid and hectic outside, step inside and you're in an oasis. Especially enjoyed the cold fragrant towels given to us every time we walked back inside from the street. The spa was great too we had a couple of treatments that were very enjoyable. Breakfast is also lovely and included in the room rate. A beautiful hotel.

    There is nothing not to like...it's luxury.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family, especially the traditional Apsara dance performance in the lovely courtyard. The chef arranged an lovely palm sugar tour, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a delicious mix of local and international delights.

    My kids wished there were more interactive activities for them .

    Couple seeking a luxury getaway

    We enjoyed everything about our stay. The pools were just splendid, especially the infinity one where I could just zone out under the sun. Plus the breakfast buffet-man, that was a game changer! Fluffy pancakes that were like. Heaven!

    It wasn't cheap but still acceptable considering the high level of service.
